THE CHAIN OF COMMAND

SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE READ MY BLOGS HAVE ASKED THE PREDICTABLE QUESTION:
WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT GET SATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM GOVERNMENTAL OR COMMERCIAL ORGANISATIONS?
First of all every citizen in every country in our world deserves a prompt, efficient and sympathetic response from anyone representing a STATE CONTROLLED GROUP, A QUASI STATAL GROUP OR ANY COMMERCIAL OR NON COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION. IT IS OUR DEMOCRATIC RIGHT.
If a courteous approach does not get a courteous and fruitful response, then it is time to report the incident to a superior person in the organisation. If you still get a negative and or discourteous response go further up the chain of command and if necessary up to the top structure of management.
WHAT IF THIS APPROACH FAILS?
At this juncture it may be appropriate to ascertain whether other people have had a similar experience. HOW DO I DO THIS?
You can discuss the problem with others in your social and or church or special organisational group. If this problematic response appears to be common practice and the response of the appropriate governing body is negative and or evasive then consider writing to your local and or national newspapers and or news media such as radio or television. There is nothing as productive as wide circulation of information pertinent to a common problem. Those in charge of the governmental body or organisation will be galvanised into action. Their response may be positive if they acknowledge the problem and undertake to rectify the cause, but it may be negative if they deny that there is a problem and seek to dismiss the complaint without adequate investigation. SOME SENIOR OFFICIALS OF SOME GOVERNMENTAL OR NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS WORLDWIDE MAY ADOPT THIS ATTITUDE AND HOPE THE PROBLEM WILL DISAPPEAR BY IGNORING IT. IT WORKS IN SOME CASES. IF THIS DOES HAPPEN COUNTER IT BY GETTING THE OPPOSITION PARTY OR PARTIES TO PURSUE THE MATTER IN PARLIAMENT OR OTHER APPROPRIATE GOVERNING BODY. AGAIN THE MEDIA CAN HAVE A POSITIVE EFFECT BUT SAVE THIS APPROACH AS A LAST RESOURT.
GOVERNMENTS AND GOVERNING BODIES OF NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS ARE SENSITIVE TO THE COMPLAINTS OF THE PEOPLE.
HOWEVER THESE SOLUTIONS ARE INEFFECTIVE IN COUNTRIES WHEY THERE IS A DICTATORIAL GOVERNMENT. IF THIS IS THE CASE IT IS TIME TO TAKE THE ISSUE TO AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL AS IN THE MATTERS OF ALLEGATIONS OF MASS MURDER BECAUSE OF RACIAL BIAS, RELIGIOUS BIAS, ETHNIC BIAS OR ANY OTHER PERCEIVED REASON. THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY HAS A MORAL OBLIGATION TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION WHERE NORMAL LAW ENFORCEMENT CANNOT COPE.
Thankfully we in SOUTH AFRICA currently have an excellent constitution to protect the peoples rights.
We also currently have a government that is devoted to maintaining human rights. This combination protects our right to quality service delivery and goverance.
Oh! I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THAT WE MUST NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE INFLUENCE OF:

HEALTH STRENGTH FITNESS AND A BEAUTIFUL BODY

HEALTH AND FINANCE
YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL HEALTH
CAN AFFECT YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH
EITHER POSITIVELY OR NEGATIVELY.
BE PRUDENT ABOUT YOUR CHOICES
PERTAINING TO YOUR FINANCIAL HEALTH.
Wrong choices can cause severe mental stress that can impair your physical and mental health.
I am going to limit my remarks to the ordinary and the underpriviliged amonst us because the priviliged rich do not usually have financial problems.
IF your present and future financial health is positive, that is you have a good relevant education, a good job with reasonable remuneration and good promotion prospects for future advancement and you maintain a
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE then you have the essential ingredients for financial, physical and mental health.
Specific work related SKILLS AND EDUCATION are the key to financial success for those of us who do not have rich parents and good inheritance prospects.
The second ingredient to financial success is how you appropriate your income.
YOUR WORKING LIFE IS FINITE, that is it has a beginning and an end.
Workers retire at a certain age and thus they should make ample provision for their retirement. Workers should also consider that they might lose their jobs due to various causes. It is thus obvious that we should provide for any unexpected change or emergency. Failure to do so can have dire financial consequences which may impact on our health.
Workers should save as much as they can whilst in employment to cope within the constraints of their retirement income. They should also provide for medical emergencies and unexpected expenses during their retirement. Failure to provide adequately could turn our golden years into a life of poverty. It is wise to provide for an additional income source apart from a pension and or gratuity.
Intelligent appropriation of your income is most important for your FINANCIAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
Consider the following:
Don't just live for the present and hope that the future will take care of itself. Seriously consider your present and future financial obligations. The present obviously relate to your purchases that are financed by credit. These include clothing, appliances, furniture, motor car et cetera. Then there is the mortgage on your home to contend with.
A budget is imperative to keep track of your expenses and payments.
Credit is often necessary to purchase goods and services if we do not have the cash available to pay immediately. However credit comes with a cost in the form of interest payable to the lender whether a private source or a bank. This interest can be onerous. NOT only is it onerous but it is a waste of money when used to purchase items such as food or clothing. IT is an unnecessary cost that you can do without if you plan adequately or in the case of non essential items postpone the purchase until you have the cash. Credit benefits the lender and impoverishes the borrower.
ENDEAVOUR TO LIVE WITHIN YOUR MEANS. LIVING IN DEBT is stressful and stress has a negative effect on your HEALTH.
THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS FOR US ORDINARY PEOPLE IS SAVING FOR RETIREMENT, PURCHASING A HOUSE AND FURNITURE AND PROVIDING FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE MEDICAL EXPENSES.
HOPEFULLY YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE INDEPENDENT AND PRUDENT FINANCIALLY SPEAKING WHEN YOU RETIRE.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE MUST FACTOR IN THE POSSIBILITY OF PERIODICAL UMEMPLOYMENT.
This is important because our employer may go out of business or we may become redundant. IF we are self employed we must also consider that our business may fail due to circumstances beyond our control.
FINALLY draw up a budget and stick to it. PROVIDE ADEQUATELY FOR UNFORESEEN NEGATIVE FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
AVOID CREDIT PURCHASES FOR NON ESSENTIALS.
GO WELL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND TAKE CARE.

NATURES CHAIN OF REGENERATION
HEREUNDER A LESSON IN BIOLOGY
COURTESY OF AN EXTRACT FROM
READERS DIGEST GREAT ILLUSTRATED
DICTIONARY PAGE 652.
Readers of this blog should take note of the FOLLOWING FACTS because they impact on the phenomenon of GLOBAL WARMING and the dire consequences of ignoring the potential devastation that can be caused by an imbalance in greenhouse gases.
Readers Digest has confirmed what I WAS TOUGHT IN BIOLOGY CLASS IN SCHOOL. Thank you Readers Digest for the confirmation.
ALL living things are part of a FOOD CHAIN. The minerals contained in the separate parts are recycled ad infinitum.
THE QUOTE IN READERS DIGEST IS AS FOLLOWS:
All living things in a particular environment are part of a food chain. A typical community of organisms, such as a deciduous forrest, includes:
PRODUCERS - CONSUMERS - DECOMPOSERS.
The producers are green plants, which use light to make food from CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER. (PHOTOSYNTHESIS)
The plants are eaten by herbivarous animals (PRIMARY CONSUMERS)
The herbivarous animals are eaten by the carnivores. (SECONDARY CONSUMERS)
Finally decomposers and scavengers break down the remains of the dead organisms and waste materials, releasing substances which enrich the soil and are used by the producers. Thank you READERS DIGEST FOR THIS INFORMATION.
This revelation brings me to the disruption of nature by human intervention.
Prior to the INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION we did not use mineral deposits such as COAL and OIL to generate energy. Today the use of these mineral deposits are disrupting the equilibrium that previously existed on our earth. Prior to this era there was a realistic balance between the natural production of CARBON DIOXIDE and the absorption thereof by plants in the process of making food.
This imbalance is the direct result of the use of FOSSIL FUELS to cope with our present energh needs.
HUMANITY caused this imbalance and HUMANITY MUST RECTIFY THIS THREAT TO OUR PLANET. There is no time to procrastinate because the excessive production of CARBON DIOXIDE is causing GLOBAL WARMING and thereby threatening our very existence. PROCRASTINATION CAN CAUSE A SITUATION THAT IS TOO GHASTLY TO CONTEMPLATE.
ANOTHER SITUATION THAT IS ADDING TO OUR WOES IS THE OVERPOPULATION OF OUR EARTH.
The AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY of earth is insufficient to cope with the present indiscriminate increase in consumers. These consumers include HUMAN BEINGS - ANIMALS AND ALL LIVING CREATURES.
A fact that seems to escape many people is the following:
All animals including human beings and all living creatures produce carbon dioxide and methane gas. These gases are produced during the digestive processes of the aforesaid.
I APPEAL TO ALL GOVERNMENTS ON EARTH TO ACTIVELY JOIN THE PRESENT MOVEMENT TO RID OUR EARTH OF THE EXCESSIVE GREENHOUSE GASES THAT WE COLLECTIVELY PRODUCE TO CREAT ENERGY. There are alternatives that can be used.
GO WELL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS,
